TCPI has made the Refurbishment of the Air Conditioning and Ventilation Installations in Buildings A and D.

Project Description

Located in Tagus Park in the municipality of Oeiras, ISQ is the largest Engineering, Certification and Consultancy group on the Iberian Peninsula, with the largest technological infrastructure in Portugal.

The following services were provided in the execution of the Air Conditioning and Ventilation contract:

. Analyzing the project and adapting it to the client’s real needs (turnkey solution);

. Dismantling existing installations (equipment, pipework, electrical installations, …);

. Cleaning of existing pipework networks;

. Copper networks, condensate networks, pipework, electrical and control installations;

. Installation and commissioning of equipment;

. Replacement of ceilings and masonry;

. Delivery of final canvases (As Built).

Main systems installed:

– 2x 44HP (125kW) VRV system with centralised control

– 2x Air Treatment Unit with Heat Recovery

– Chiller unit

– Centralised control

– Extraction Ventilation
