TCPI provided Electricity and Instrumentation Maintenance services in Petrogal – Oporto Refinery.Curative, preventive maintenance work was performed.

Maintenance

Electricity maintenance services were provided for electrical panels, motors, lighting and sockets, transformers, batteries and chargers, UPS and emergency generators, variable speed drives and starters, motorized valves, ventilation systems, air conditioning and refrigeration, – cathodic protection, electrical traces, network of earth, furnaces and greenhouses.

Instrumentation maintenance services provided, among others, in flow, level, temperature, pressure, filling, line and laboratory analysers, fire and telecommunications systems.

The contract covered all factories in the complex, namely the plants of Fuels, Base Oils, Utilities, Aromatics, Lubricants, Movements and Expeditions and the Port Terminal.

The team structure included a Coordinator, an Electricity Supervisor, an Instrument Area Supervisor, and a Quality, Safety and Environment Manager. The latter, in addition to coordinating the obtainance of work permits, also had the task of elaborating the specific Safety procedures and controlling their application.
